Betton is a native of Little Rock and a graduate of the University of Arkansas Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law. He’s been licensed to practice law in the state of Arkansas since 2009, and he’s attained a great deal of experience in different legal disciplines through his work as an Assistant City Attorney, Deputy Prosecuting Attorney, Deputy City Attorney, Chief Deputy City Attorney and Assistant Federal Public Defender.

Betton’s practice focuses on criminal defense, civil rights and personal injury. He believes in an innovative, collaborative, and informed approach to defending and resolving legal issues.
